handling, shipping and customs


Once you have placed your order, our warehouse will start the handling of your order. Usually this handling will take around 24 hours, up to 48-72 hours if you have chosen printing. During Holiday seasons and Black Friday week, you may see extended handling time for all orders. Please be aware of online listing of extended handling time.



Once your order has been handled, we will dispatch it and hand it over to our courier DPD. Delivery times is usually 3-5 working days. However please note that local circumstances may delay delivery, this may include Holiday seasons such as Christmas. These circumstances is beyond our control, which is why delivery times is only expected - not guaranteed.


Tracking your parcel

We will always send you an email with your DPD tracking number once we are ready for dispatch. You can then track your parcel via your tracking number on the DPD tracking siteIn case of any issues or questions in relation to an individual delivery, we recommend you contact your local DPD or partner office for the fastest problem solving. Find your local DPD partner right here. You are of course also welcome to contact us in relation to any questions regarding your delivery.



When shipping to a address inside the European Union, taxes and/or VAT has already been accounted for. Therefore you will not be liable to local customs or taxes. 

There are some countries and/or states within the European Union, that can deduct VAT/tax from purchases. For these, it is not something Unisport can offer to do. It must be done locally by the customer, upon receiving the parcel.

    Hi Blechunt - you should always receive an email that includes your tracking number. Usually any order will be dispatched within 24 hours, depending on the items included on your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, do please get in touch.
