handling, shipping and customs


Once you have placed your order, our warehouse will start the handling of your order. Usually this handling will take around 24-48 working hours, up to 72 working hours if you have chosen printing. During Holiday seasons, Black Friday week or similar, you may see extended handling time for all orders. 



Once your order has been handled, we will dispatch it and hand it over to our courier FedEx. Delivery times is currently at least one week. However please note that local circumstances may delay delivery, this may include Holiday seasons such as Christmas. These circumstances is beyond our control, which is why delivery times is only expected - not guaranteed.


Tracking your parcel

We will always send you an email with your Fedex tracking number once we are ready for dispatch.  In case of any issues or questions in relation to an individual delivery, we recommend you contact your local FedEX or partner office for the fastest problem solving. You are of course also welcome to contact us in relation to any questions regarding your delivery.



If parcels are being delivered outside of the European Union, Unisportstore will automatically remove the VAT from the order.

As the parcel arrives in its destination country, the parcel may be liable to local customs or taxes. These must be handled by the customer.

We do inform about the possibility of being subject to customs fees both on our site, in our terms and conditions, as well as in your order confirmation e-mail. Unisportstore can not accept any liability for any additional charge by local authorities (including, but not limited to taxes, import duties or holding fees).

    I've recently placed an order about 2 days ago, and have received an email confirming that unisport has received my order. Is it normal that I haven't received my tracking code or do I receive it AFTER it's been sent to FedEx?
