If a parcel is damaged during delivery

Although our delivery partners and Unisport take great care in delivering parcels in perfect conditions, sometimes accidents happens. Here is what you should do, if such an unfortunate event occurs to you. 

 

Parcel is slightly damaged

If the parcel is only slightly damaged and there is no hole in the outside package, you should receive the parcel without any hesitation. Upon receiving the parcel, you should inspect the content as soon as possible. If any damage is found to the items ordered, you should file a complaint towards the courier. Parcel is much damaged

If the parcel is damaged in such a way, that the outer package has suffered holes and/or you can see the contents inside you should consider doing one of two things:

  • Receive with note: you can choose to receive the parcel with the courier making a note mentioning the damage. This will any later reclamation much easier to handle, both for Unisport and for your self. If any damage is found to the items ordered, you should file a complaint towards the courier.   • Deny reception: you can also choose reception, with refer to the damage. This will force the courier to contact Unisport and we will be informed about return and damage.
